LEGAL STATEMENT FROM WEIRD CHICAGO TOURS I acknowledge and agree that by purchasing a ticket to any Weird Chicago tour that I assume all risks associated with my participation in the tour, including, without limitation the risk of death, physical and emotional injury and/or disability, minor or severe bodily harm, physical and mental illness, any potential hazardous activities including but not limited to any risks from ground vehicle transportation, and property loss, which arise by any means, including and without limitation, any instruction by a Weird Chicago tour guide, disease or illness transmitted by close contact with others; the latent or apparent defects of or conditions of ground vehicles; weather or other natural conditions; and human error; my own actions or inactions; first aid or other emergency treatment rendered by others; travel to and from locations. I acknowledge that the foregoing is not an exhaustive list of the risks, hazards and dangers to which I will be exposed as a result of tour activities. I further acknowledge that Weird Chicago tours; its employees, owners and representatives cannot guarantee my safety at any time during the tour and no refund will be given for any reason due to Weird Chicago Tours actions or inactions.
